About me

I’m a UX and design leader with 25 years’ experience including more than a decade growing and leading high-performing teams.

I am currently Head of User Experience in a large FTSE 100 global engineering group.​

​

My leadership style is people-first: I empower teams, foster curiosity, and encourage growth. I believe great design should be visible and have real impact and that strong teams thrive on trust, purpose, and collaboration. I care about working on meaningful products with organisations that value people, transparency, and fairness.

I’ve led teams from 2 to 30, across start-ups, agencies, SMEs and multinational companies. My experience spans fintech, e-commerce, IIOT, AI, transport, health, entertainment, and more. I've worked on B2B and B2C solutions across platforms, enterprise tools and native apps. I have designed multi-million-dollar auction sites, trading platforms, VR apps, AI agents and digital twins of industrial sites.

I am a trustee of a charitable design foundation and I'm a mentor on ADPList. I love talking and learning about design and I occasionally speak at events and group meet-ups.
