I’m a people-oriented product design specialist and founder with 15 years of experience in design leadership. I specialise in UX and the growth and leadership of cross-functional design teams.

In my current role, I am responsible for defining and executing the UX strategy across a multi-national FTSE 100 company. I lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, designers, and developers across the Group’s global business units. I work closely with senior leadership, product owners, and technical teams to plan, prioritise, and deliver solutions that drive business value and align with our corporate strategy. I introduced DesignOps, launched the Group’s first design system and created the Group Digital Innovation Framework. ​

Beyond Work​

​Outside of work, I’ve spent the past six years coaching a girls’ football team, shaping confidence, teamwork, and strategy on the pitch. It’s taught me as much about leadership and motivation as any professional role ever could. I am trying to learn piano and guitar and produce my own music.
